TERMS & CONDITIONS (Public Offer)

1. Services

By booking a photoshoot with Lana Petrychenko (“Photographer”), the Client agrees to the following terms.

The Photographer provides lifestyle, portrait, fashion, family, wedding and artistic photography services.

2. Booking & Payment

• A booking is confirmed after a deposit payment (usually 50%).
• The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the photoshoot.
• Payment methods: cash, bank transfer, PayPal.

3. Pricing

• Standard photoshoot: from 200€
• Private photoshoot (no publication / NDA): 350€

Private sessions guarantee that images will not be used for portfolio, social media, or any public platforms.

4. What is Included

• Duration: approx. 1 hour
• 20–30 professionally edited photos
• Basic guidance during the shoot
• Access to preview gallery for selection

5. Editing & Delivery

• Only selected photos are edited.
• Delivery time: up to 3 weeks
• Express editing (2–4 days): +100€
• RAW files are not provided

Preview images do not represent final color, lighting, or retouching.

6. Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for:

• arriving on time
• outfit preparation
• personal styling (unless agreed otherwise)

Late arrival may reduce shooting time.

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Deposit is non-refundable
• Rescheduling is possible with prior notice
• In case of bad weather (outdoor shoot), the session may be rescheduled

8. Artistic Style

The Client agrees with the Photographer’s style and portfolio.
No refunds based on subjective preferences (poses, style, editing).

9. Image Usage

Unless a Private Photoshoot is purchased:

The Photographer has the right to:

• publish images on website and social media
• use images for portfolio and promotion

10. Limitation of Liability

The Photographer is not responsible for:

• weather conditions
• client dissatisfaction due to personal expectations outside agreed scope

11. Agreement

By booking a session, the Client confirms acceptance of these Terms.
